Join Alpha-H, a global skincare brand, as their Performance Marketing Specialist and play a key role in scaling their digital presence. You will develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This role requires strong data analysis skills and experience managing multi-market campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring aligned messaging and cohesive customer journeys. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in D2C ecommerce or beauty/wellness industries
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads
  • Proven track record of managing multi-market campaigns with measurable impact
  • Proficient in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
  • Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various teams
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passionate about skincare and digital growth marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok (nice to have) with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI
  • Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization
  • Lead campaign planning and execution for priority markets: Australia (primary), followed by the UK and the USA
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and optimize based on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, CRM, D2C, and Creative teams to ensure aligned messaging, cohesive customer journeys, and campaign success
  • Stay up to date on emerging media trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to keep Alpha-H competitive in the digital space
  • Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries to share with leadership and key stakeholders
