Paid Social Director

Summary

Join Compound Growth Marketing (CGM), a marketing consultancy that helps growing companies scale to $100M+ in revenue. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients, build client relationships, and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of paid social experience
• Prior experience managing budgets on LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter for clients
• Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights/recommendations/optimizations
• In-depth experience managing campaigns within LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter
• Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients
• Develop account strategy, setup, and overall campaign management
• Monitor campaign performance, including owning budget pacing
• Build and establish client relationships
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency
• Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations
• Perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Manage multiple projects, drive them to completion, and deliver effective results
• Maintain and update paid social campaigns and overall marketing reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B experience is a plus with understanding of sales lifecycle stages
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus
• Experience providing creative direction on social channels while working with design teams to fully execute
• Experience with social media A/B testing
