Paid Social Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Paid Social Specialist and play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns for various brands. Your main focus will be overseeing Facebook and TikTok campaigns, from initial strategy to ongoing management and reporting. You will create weekly performance reports based on key performance metrics. This is a remote position requiring availability during standard business hours (9am-5:30pm EST, Monday-Friday). The role involves collaboration with copywriters and creative strategists. You will also contribute to various design projects. Successful candidates will have proven experience in Facebook Media Buying for e-commerce brands and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Facebook Media Buying, particularly for ecommerce brands
• Examples of successful campaigns that have scaled to at least $1000 in spend per day (please be prepared to discuss in an interview)
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including the marketing funnel, direct response copywriting, and A/B testing
• Ability to perform competitive research and understand the different marketing tactics being used
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneousl

Responsibilities

• Upload video and image assets to the Facebook and TikTok ads manager and build ads in accordance with our established best practices
• Identify strategies for improving performance of Facebook and TikTok campaigns
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Strategists for getting the assets required for improving campaign performance
• Manage and adjust campaign budgets in accordance with each brand’s financial forecasts and the campaign’s past performance
• Contribute to a variety of design projects, including landing pages, Amazon content, website graphics, packaging, and other initiatives
• Rapidly Implement Feedback
• Efficiently Manage Multiple Projects
• Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising attention to detail or quality
