Summary

Join Datassential as a Panel Manager and become the primary contact for our foodservice operator survey panel community. You will manage and grow this community through creative recruitment and engagement strategies, enhancing participant profiles and maintaining high data quality. Responsibilities include sending survey invitations and ensuring successful data delivery. This role offers the chance to work with restaurant owners, chefs, and other industry decision-makers, collaborating with market researchers and food experts to deliver valuable insights. It's a hands-on position supporting multiple products and teams in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, recruiting, market research or sales development roles with a proven track record
  • Solid computer skills including MS office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data
  • Flexibility to multi-task on multiple projects and meet given deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our survey panel community consisting of foodservice operators (restaurant owners, chefs, foodservice managers etc.)
  • Manage and drive the growth of our survey panel community by implementing creative approaches to participants recruitment, retention and engagement
  • Enhance our participants profiling by adding valuable data points
  • Maintain high data quality standards
  • Send email survey invitations to the community members and manage surveys fieldwork ensuring successful data delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Data Analytics or equivalent experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with community participants
  • Experience with Dynata Survey Platform, Sample Ninja or MailChimp or other equivalent tools
