Summary

Join Bosch Romania as a Legal Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. You will support the legal team covering Romania and Bulgaria, working on a variety of legal areas including commercial contracts, corporate projects, antitrust, and intellectual property. This is a remunerated position, offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with a hybrid working model from our Bosch Bucharest headquarters and remotely. You will conduct legal research, assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, support the legal team in corporate and commercial matters, prepare legal memoranda and presentations, monitor legal developments, and participate in meetings and conference calls. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your legal skills in a multinational corporation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LLM program at an accredited law school in Romania
  • Strong academic performance
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in commercial law, compliance, and international business

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on Romanian law, as well as relevant EU regulations
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g., addenda, powers of attorney, contracts, agreements, etc)
  • Support the legal team in corporate and commercial matters, including IP and competition law
  • Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on various legal topics
  • Monitor legal developments and updates relevant to Bosch's operations in Romania and Bulgaria
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as internal software reporting, database update, document management and correspondence
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders and external counsel
  • Maintains a good collaboration with internal clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience, particularly in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of German language (not mandatory, but appreciated)
  • Familiarity with legal research databases
