Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in a paralegal role within a US law firm, preferably in personal injury law
• Analytical mindset and proficient research skills
• Familiarity with police records, medical files, and the discovery process common in personal injury cases
• Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration procedures and forms
• Familiarity with legal database software
• Experience in preparing legal reports
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• End-to-end case management experience in personal injury law

Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents related to personal injury cases
• Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies, including familiarity with police records, medical files, and the discovery process common in personal injury cases
• Managing communication with clients and addressing their inquiries related to personal injury claims
• Maintaining accurate documentation of case-related information
• Ensuring timely submission of legal paperwork and filings
• Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed
• Offering regular updates on case progress to attorneys and clients
