Requirements
- 3 years of solid experience in a client services, customer support, or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new systems quickly
- Passion for providing exceptional client experiences and delivering results
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
