Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
  • Support the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Help establish clear communication channels and protocols for project updates
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Track and report on project performance, including schedule adherence, budget tracking, and quality control
  • Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project needs
  • Work closely with the Operations and Capacity Manager to ensure resources are utilized efficiently and effectively
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and assist in developing mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a risk register and update it regularly with new risks, issues, and mitigation actions
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and milestones
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations
  • Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible to relevant team members and stakeholders
