Summary
Join Xentral ERP as a Partner Development Manager and help scale our growth strategy by building and managing key partner relationships. Lead joint business planning, co-selling, and go-to-market initiatives. Drive partner-sourced revenue, onboard new partners, and identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Leverage your expertise in B2B SaaS or related fields to achieve revenue targets and expand our partner network. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Partnerships, or Customer Success, ideally in B2B SaaS or a Full-Service, E-Commerce or ERP agency
- Have a proven track record of growing strategic partnerships and/or closing high-impact customer deals with measurable revenue results
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and a deep understanding of indirect sales and partner-led models
- Excel in building relationships, communicating clearly, and holding your partners and yourself accountable for revenue targets
- Manage pipelines and partner portfolios effectively, with accurate forecasting and KPI tracking
- Be proficient in CRM and partner management tools (HubSpot is a plus) and thrive in a growth-oriented, data-driven, execution-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with C-level, Partnerships and Sales stakeholders at strategic partner organizations
- Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market strategies to generate long-term business growth
- Deliver partner-sourced revenue targets by identifying key opportunities, driving lead generation, and ensuring pipeline velocity and conversion through regular pipeline calls with your partners
- Onboard new partners, develop partner enablement plans, deliver training, and provide tools to support partner independence and performance
- Identify new opportunities for offerings, co-innovation, or regional expansion to scale the partner-sourced growth engine
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners are aligned, supported, and integrated
