Summary

Join Saviynt as a Canadian Partner Director to build and manage key partner relationships, driving the adoption and representation of our identity solutions. Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and account executives to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding solution providers, developing partner-sourced pipelines, and executing lead-generation programs. You will leverage marketing and enablement teams, build a qualified partner ecosystem, and maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders. Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Management experience in the enterprise software industry
  • Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships
  • Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy, including Solution Providers, Consultants, and Global Systems Integrators
  • Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment in both Commercial and Canadian Government sectors
  • Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment
  • Candidates must be based in or near a major market within the Saviynt Canada Region territory
  • Travel up to 40% is required
  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
  • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and onboard target Solution Providers for the Canadian Region
  • Develop partner-sourced pipeline and achieve annual partner sourced revenue targets
  • Use professional judgment to create, analyze and execute lead-generation programs with partners
  • Track relevant sales activities in Salesforce.com to track progress and measure success
  • Leverage our partner marketing and partner enablement teams to drive the โ€œmarket-toโ€ motion of Saviyntโ€™s products to this set of partners
  • Develop an ecosystem of qualified, trained, and certified partner implementation specialists to maintain an even supply in the market
  • Assess and quantify the current supply and demand for partner implementation resources with specific clearance requirements
  • Maintain consistent communications with internal teams & stakeholders
  • Participate in all Canadian Sales activities as an important and valued member of the team
  • Coordinate with Partners and participate in pipeline generating events across Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with a mix of Cyber and Identity-focused solution providers is highly desirable (cross regional and local market focused)
  • Cyber and Identity industry experience is a plus
