Summary
Join Saviynt as a Strategic Partner Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our top Global System Integrator Partners. You will be responsible for channel engagement, joint solution development, and cultivating relationships with select partners to drive growth. This role requires a strong leader to elevate GSI partnerships. You will build and execute strategic plans, serve as the primary point of contact with partners, develop new solutions, lead negotiations, collaborate with internal teams, monitor performance, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience working with partners and Global SIs, a proven track record of success, and superior communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the software industry (Cyber and Identity experience is a huge plus)
- Significant experience working with Partners and Global SIโs related to enterprise-level customers and prospects
- Proven track record of quota attainment success exceptional lead generation results
- Experience working in a team sales environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which accommodates various global time zones (West coast/ East Coast/EMEA/APJ)
- If required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic plans for alliances with Partners such as PwC, KPMG, and IBM, ensuring alignment with our company's overall business objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and these partners, facilitating effective communication and identifying joint opportunities
- Develop new technology solutions and sales plays that meet existing customer needs, and expand the usage of Saviynt solutions throughout the organization
- Lead negotiations and manage the entire deal lifecycle for partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, using data to optimize and enhance the value of these relationships
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on alliance activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management
- Actively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for marketing Saviyntโs products to secure new opportunities
