Summary

Join Omnisend's Partnerships team as a Partner Engagement Manager and build strong relationships with digital marketing agencies. You will recruit, onboard, and train agencies on Omnisend solutions, driving mutual growth and success. This role involves managing partner relationships, collaborating on co-marketing initiatives, and monitoring performance. You will also provide sales support and gather feedback to improve Omnisend's offerings. Occasional travel is required. Omnisend offers a fast-paced, flexible, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly eCommerce, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment with changing priorities
  • Growth mindset, ability to learn quick, a mindset to contribute as an important part of a team and a focus on outcomes not outputs

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend
  • Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets
  • Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program
  • Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email and SMS Marketing automation
