Summary

Join LastPass as a Regional Partner Manager, MSP and be responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners to expand LastPass's reach. You will strategize and execute partnership programs, provide training and support to MSPs, and ensure partners have the resources for success. This role requires experience in channel sales or business development within cybersecurity, SaaS, or the MSP ecosystem, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Channel sales or business development experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP ecosystem
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, especially in areas related to password management and identity protection. Familiarity with LastPass is a plus
  • Ability to understand and navigate the MSP business model
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to analyze partner performance, market trends, and business metrics
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to travel/attend trade shows, conferences and partner meeting

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to recruit, onboard and retain MSP partners ensuring continuous growth
  • Training and enabling MSP partners to effectively sell and support LastPass
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to create co-marketing campaigns and strategies that align with overall business goals and drive partner success
  • Staying on top of market trends and customer needs to adapt partnership strategies accordingly
  • Representing LastPass at trade shows and events, engaging with current and prospective partners
