Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or partner sales, preferably within high tech, complex technical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage partners and their clients effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support
- Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell the company’s products or services
- Collaborate with partners to set sales goals, develop joint sales plans, and execute strategic campaigns that drive revenue growth
- Offer technical support and conduct product demonstrations for partners and their clients
- Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, tracking KPIs and generating insights to drive improvement
- Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and develop solutions for continued success
- Research market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner capabilities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align on partner activities and execute co-branded campaigns
