As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will oversee the onboarding process, develop communication plans, and drive employee adoption of the Wellhub platform. Requirements
- Previous relevant years of proven work experience in project management, client onboarding, HR, or related positions
- Experience in developing and executing communication and engagement plans
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret data
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Advanced English

Responsibilities
- Act as a Project Management Officer (PMO) for new clients during the 60-day onboarding period
- Oversee and validate that all pre-launch requirements and dependencies are met, ensuring a smooth implementation process
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to maximize employee adoption of Wellhub within the client company, customized and in a scalable manner
- Create tailored and scalable strategies to drive initial employee engagement and excitement around the Wellhub benefit, and develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
- Establish a plan for addressing and mitigating potential challenges or low engagement during the initial launch phase
- Collaborate closely with the client's HR and internal communication teams to align on launch activities and messaging, on a close and indirect manner
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) during the onboarding period to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure a seamless handover to the client's dedicated Customer Success team after the 60-day onboarding period
- Understand and map HRโs Wellness strategies to complement Onboarding communication plan

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in project management experience in executing communication and engagement plans, client onboarding and advanced English are mandatory requirements
