Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Partner Operations Data Manager in SΓ£o Paulo! Partner with the Quality Hub Analytics team to solve key data challenges for partners. You will drive efficiency and sustainability, fostering stronger partner relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, developing data-driven decisions, building relationships with commercial leaders, identifying process gaps, and ensuring data security. This role requires advanced SQL and Python skills, experience with BI tools, and proven ability to present recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements
- Previous relevant work experience in Data and Processes and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
- Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis
- SQL Advanced
- Python Advanced
- Previous experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- Find interest in championing the Wellhub product and mission
Responsibilities
- Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Partner Operations team
- Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement
- Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams. Influence and provide thoughtful and well argumented challenges to them in order to achieve the best business solutions possible
- Identify gaps of functioning, build cases, and influence stakeholders for improvements
- Provide insights about data security to the team guaranteeing we have risk mitigation plans in place
- Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data. Ability to prioritize the main tasks - among several others- that will add the most value to Wellhub. Remain focused on strategic initiatives and not mostly in operational ones
