Partner Operations Data Manager

Requirements

• Previous relevant work experience in Data and Processes and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
• Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis
• SQL Advanced
• Python Advanced
• Previous experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
• Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
• Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
• A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
• Find interest in championing the Wellhub product and mission

Responsibilities

• Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Partner Operations team
• Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement
• Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams. Influence and provide thoughtful and well argumented challenges to them in order to achieve the best business solutions possible
• Identify gaps of functioning, build cases, and influence stakeholders for improvements
• Provide insights about data security to the team guaranteeing we have risk mitigation plans in place
• Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data. Ability to prioritize the main tasks - among several others- that will add the most value to Wellhub. Remain focused on strategic initiatives and not mostly in operational ones
