Requirements

  • 5+ years of Channel or Sales Operations
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Experienced in working closely with channel partners

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to help identify, design, and implement the initiatives and business processes necessary to implement a successful set of metrics and project updates
  • Identify and operate key Partner meetings and advisory councils
  • Establish and maintain regular metrics reviews to drive efficiencies in business models and investment
  • Manage organization budget to ensure impact and effectiveness goals are achieved
  • Drive organization communication planning, both internal and external, to partners
  • Build and manage the rhythm of the Channel and Alliances team through a highly disciplined cadence of business reviews and activities
  • Focus on motivating team members through a structured framework of metrics and readouts of progress
