Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the technology, fintech, or SaaS industries
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner relationships, with experience in negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and resolving conflicts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and mutual success. Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and engagement
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives, define partnership strategies, and develop joint go-to-market initiatives that drive mutual growth and value
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell and support partner manager products
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. Provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and partners, and work to resolve any challenges or gaps
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver seamless partner experiences and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Collect and relay partner feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and partner programs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are aligned with both partner manager and the partner’s business objectives and SLA’s
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to ensure partners are up-to-date with the latest product features, tools, and best practices
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within partner relationships, and provide solutions that align with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Intuit’s products, services, and the broader financial technology ecosystem is a plus
  • A proactive, goal-oriented leader with a focus on driving measurable outcomes
  • Ability to see the big picture and formulate long-term strategies for growth
  • Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and can work effectively across departments

  • The vast majority of our positions can be 100% remote
  • Base salary for this position spans $87,500 - $90,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a yearly variable target of $90,000 that is paid out monthly.
