Requirements

• Solid experience in Key Account Management or a related field
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Highly proactive and self-driven, with a knack for seeking information, solving complex challenges, gathering resources, and achieving results in demanding environments
• A collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills to handle competing demands efficiently

Responsibilities

• Understand gym partners’ needs and requirements, and develop strategies to measure and boost engagement, strengthening our relationship with our most valuable partners
• Support the development of special projects aimed at implementing best-in-class processes to enhance efficiency and local performance
• Conduct strategic analyses to inform key business decisions and support major company negotiations
• Perform competitive analysis and design tactical plans to protect and strengthen our gym network
