Join Pennylane, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Partner Solution Architect (Technical Project Manager) to implement its financial software in accounting firms. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and rapid migration. Responsibilities include auditing client needs, defining technical and functional requirements, configuring Pennylane, connecting it to internal tools, and performing testing. Requirements
- Confirmed experience in project management and all internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of SQL
- Good knowledge of scripting (mainly Python)
- Appetite for automation
- Ability to explain and talk about technical subjects by adapting the speech to the interlocutors
- Able to work in an international context (written and spoken English)
- Able to work transversally with several squads and/or professions
- You are autonomous and proactive
Responsibilities
- Integrate into your team and spend time with each member to familiarize yourself with this new environment
- Learn everything you need to know about our company, our vision, and our different departments
- Train on the product and accounting management through e-learning modules
- Spend time with the existing PSA team (some of whom already have the same role with us) who will be in charge of your professional training
- Start assisting on initial migrations, in conjunction with the existing PSA team
- Become autonomous and manage your own backlog
- Audit, analyze and define the technical and functional needs of each new client
- Write initial audit documents and detailed functional and technical specifications relating to specific developments
- Support firms in connecting Pennylane to their internal tools: CRMs, ERPs, internal management, billing, etc
- Configure the Pennylane solution, working on the recovery of existing accounting firms' and clients' information systems (Accounting production tools, billing software, etc.)
- Carry out intermediate and final acceptance tests, with production of post-migration analysis reports, studies and analyses of discrepancies
- Collaborate closely with all technical and business stakeholders involved in the projects: firm IT departments, software publishers, external service companies, etc
- Start working on the automation of all these tasks, in order to optimize the integration time of firms in the future with your fresh perspective
- Participate in the prioritization of Pennylane's roadmap with Pennylane's Tech and Product teams, thanks to your advanced understanding of the needs of firms
- Look for and implement solutions to optimize and automate the migration processes already in place
- Become an active member, participating in the life of the team by proposing workshops or internal presentations
- Develop processes and tools to increase the productivity of your work and that of the various stakeholders involved in migrations
- Participate in the migration of increasingly important clients, with specifications that increase in complexity
- As Pennylane grows very quickly, you will have multiple opportunities to evolve within the company; towards team management, technical leadership, complex project management, or any other role that might interest you
