Summary

Join Amplitude's Strategic Partnerships team as a Partner Solution Architect and play a pivotal role in enabling technology and consulting partners to deliver exceptional solutions using Amplitude's platform. Collaborate with key partners like AWS, Braze, and Hubspot to drive adoption, design joint solutions, and ensure successful implementations. Deliver technical training and workshops, act as a technical advisor, create solution briefs, and represent Amplitude at partner events. Gather partner feedback to inform the product roadmap and work with internal teams to drive partner success and joint go-to-market initiatives. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or analytics platforms, a deep understanding of product analytics and cloud technologies, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, or similar role, preferably in SaaS or analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of product analytics, data architecture, and cloud-based technologies (AWS experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience working with technology and consulting partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and tools like JavaScript, Python, or SQL
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering value
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for partner and customer engagements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training, workshops, and resources to partners to enhance their understanding of Amplitude’s capabilities and integrations
  • Collaborate with partners to ideate, design and develop new services/solutions, integration partner services or offerings
  • Own technical solution development for joint customer campaigns that partners will action for reaching new customers at scale
  • Act as a technical advisor to Amplitude's partner ecosystem, fostering relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensuring alignment on technical strategy
  • Create solution briefs and data reference architectures
  • Represent Amplitude at partner events, webinars, and conferences by showcasing best practices and success stories in product analytics and integrations
  • Develop joint blogs or posts with partners
  • Gather feedback from partners to inform product roadmap and ensure Amplitude continues to meet evolving market needs
  • Work closely with Amplitude’s Field CTO, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive partner success and joint go-to-market initiatives, including building capability for technical co-sell on joint solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amplitude, Adobe, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools
  • Prior experience working in or with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs or certifications like AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
