Summary
Join Secureframe, a leading cybersecurity compliance company, as a Partner Specialist. This critical role focuses on managing and enhancing partner interactions and operational processes, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and continuous improvement of partner management systems. You will be responsible for administering the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and serving as the primary point of contact for partners. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, sales, or operations, preferably in SaaS or security/compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with experience using CRM and partner management tools. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a partner management, customer success, sales, or operations role, preferably in a SaaS or security/compliance-related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to partners and internal teams
- Experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms, or similar)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering excellent partner experiences
Responsibilities
- Ensure all partner requests sent to [email protected] are addressed promptly, meeting the service level agreement of a four business hour response time
- Identify common issues faced by partners and develop scalable solutions, which may include enhancing the PRM, creating self-service documentation, and revising existing processes to increase efficiency
- Administer the PRM system and ensure that it supports a seamless partner experience, from sign-up through ongoing engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, managing communications through emails and meetings, and providing clear, helpful responses to inquiries and escalations
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or NIST
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
