Summary

Join Employment Hero as a Partner Success Specialist and play a key role in enhancing the performance and satisfaction of our reseller and partner network. You will drive partner activation, engagement, and certification, implement strategic account management practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the partner experience. Your responsibilities include managing a book of resellers, facilitating training and onboarding, collaborating with internal teams, driving enablement plans, acting as a liaison for issue resolution, and tracking/reporting on KPIs. Responsibilities

  • Drive partner activation, engagement, and certification to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
  • Implement strategic account management practices to strengthen long-term relationships and drive revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the partner experience through continuous feedback and program improvements
  • Deliver measurable outcomes in partner performance metrics such as time to value, certification rates, and partner-sourced revenue
  • Managing a robust book of resellers, developing account plans, and conducting regular business reviews
  • Facilitating training and onboarding to empower partners with the tools, knowledge, and documentation they need to succeed
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Product) to align on partner initiatives
  • Driving enablement plans that empower resellers to independently sell and support Employment Hero solutions
  • Acting as the primary liaison for issue resolution, escalation, and risk mitigation
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs related to partner success and satisfaction
