Requirements
- 4 + years of experience in Brand Marketing or related field, preferably in CPG industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with priority social platforms and measurement tools ( e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn , Twitter, and SproutSocial ) and turning insights into actions
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and partnerships management skills
- External partner and agency management experience
- Experience collaborating cross functionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand partnerships by cultivating new relationships with like-minded brands and managing existing partnerships to drive growth, engagement, and alignment with business goals
- Support the overall brand marketing strategy, including partnerships, social media initiatives, and community engagement, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Business Analytics, and Creative)
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of brand partnerships deliverables and communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and impact
- Track and report on measurable metrics related to overall brand health, community engagement, and partnership scorecard success
- Support the management of the Chomps community and social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest), ensuring all channels are engaging and up-to-date
- Research, identify, and publish dynamic, interactive content to engage our audience, fostering a highly active and loyal brand following
- Manage, and update the Social Media Playbook, establishing best practices and innovation across platforms
- Collaborate with creator and influencer partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Work with internal teams to create in-house content that supports both partnership and community management goals
- Adapt to evolving priorities by taking on new responsibilities with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to ensure the success of initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Prior industry experience in food, CPG, and/or grocery/natural
