Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer relations, or marketing roles, preferably within the gaming industry
  • Experience working with or within the Web3/crypto space, including a proven understanding of its ecosystem and trends is a must
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships and KOL programs
  • Strong network within the gaming influencer and KOL community
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to create data-driven strategies and evaluate campaign ROI
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging campaigns
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, platforms, and player behaviors
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools for campaign management (e.g., Keyhole, Upfluence)
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends
  • Efficient time-management and collaboration skills are a must

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships within the GameFi industry, collaborating with gaming platforms, brands, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, and Game Production) to align partnerships with company objectives
  • Negotiate and execute agreements that drive revenue growth and player acquisition
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, streamers, and content creators across platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram)
  • Develop and implement influencer campaigns to promote game launches, updates, and key events
  • Monitor KOL performance, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize outreach and collaboration strategies
  • Leverage KOLs and partnerships to increase player engagement and retention
  • Support the community team in fostering strong, positive relationships with players through impactful campaigns
  • Design and execute creative marketing campaigns with partners and influencers
  • Align campaign goals with company KPIs, including player acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Stay updated on gaming trends and Web3 industry key events, emerging KOLs, and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on partnerships, influencer impact, and campaign success metrics
