Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a Partnership Manager to identify and build strategic partnerships, manage partner relationships, and drive channel referral growth. This role requires 2+ years of experience in partnerships, a strong understanding of the venture landscape, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
• Have a strong understanding of the venture landscape and are well-connected
• Be proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
• Have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners
• Be adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Be an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows

Responsibilities

• Identify organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and build partnerships with them
• Close, manage, and enable partners to refer clients to Deel successfully
• Nurture partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle
• Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
• Build and maintain the partnerships P&L

Preferred Qualifications

• Have worked for an HR or FinTech company
• Have worked at a fast-growing startup
• Have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
