Summary

Join Cabify's Growth team in Chile as a Partnerships Specialist to lead the development of strategic alliances. You will define and lead the ecosystem of strategic partners and commercial alliances to boost Cabify's growth. Responsibilities include identifying and coordinating Cabify's participation in public spaces, developing management tools, managing the partnerships budget, generating reports and analysis, and maintaining relationships with partners. The ideal candidate has a commercial engineering, marketing, or related degree, 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, strategic abilities, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements

  • Affinity with our principles
  • Commercial engineer, marketing, or related
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize changing workloads in a rapidly changing industry
  • Strategic skills and commitment to finding solutions to complex challenges
  • A team player and an effective communicator, with people management skills and a genuine passion for making things happen in a dynamic organization

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the ecosystem of strategic partners and commercial alliances to enhance the growth of Cabify and its stakeholders, with a short, medium, and long-term vision
  • Deeply understand the needs of each audience to identify, capture, and leverage partnerships that allow for the growth, retention, and loyalty of the company's different audiences, both external and internal
  • Identify and coordinate Cabify's participation in public spaces of interest for the positioning of its brand pillars
  • Develop management and transparency tools to support the work team in making better decisions
  • Manage the partnerships budget and consolidate effective mechanisms to identify KPIs, develop measurement and performance tools, and propose paths for the growth of these metrics
  • Generate reports and analysis on the different initiatives and partners
  • Maintain the commercial relationship with the different partners and maintain constant communication in order to nurture each relationship with the different stakeholders and provide information to the teams for the identification of opportunities and decision-making
