Summary

Join Nord Security as a Marketing & Partnerships Specialist and contribute to the growth of NordVPN and Saily in the US market. This role focuses on identifying and developing non-traditional partnerships, providing market insights, and representing the company at events. You will collaborate with internal teams, offering guidance and support without direct managerial responsibilities. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience and strong communication and analytical skills. Based on the East Coast, this fully remote role offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive international team. Occasional travel to headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania, and for regional business trips is required.

Requirements

  • You bring 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (mid-level), preferably with a focus on strategic partnerships, local initiatives, community outreach, or brand collaborations
  • You're entrepreneurial and proactive; excited to pitch new ideas and build new business relationships
  • Skilled communicator, you're comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, coordinating closely with global colleagues and stakeholders
  • Analytical thinker able to quickly interpret market performance data and provide actionable insight

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and initiating non-traditional opportunities and strategic partnerships in the US (local brands, community projects, niche events, sports sponsorships, strategic collaborations, etc.)
  • Provide internal stakeholders with US market insights, competitor analysis, and local trends, proactively flagging opportunities or challenges
  • Track and report on US market performance metrics/KPIs to help marketing teams stay informed and agile
  • Represent the brands at events, networking opportunities, or PR activities as needed
  • Support product and marketing teams with local expertise, feedback, product testing, and customer insights to ensure effective localization
  • Collaborate across marketing teams, offering guidance and ideas without direct managerial responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advantageous, but not essential: prior experience or familiarity with partnerships in Sports, Travel, Fintech, or Telco
  • Based on the East Coast (EST timezone preferred) to ensure easy collaboration and communication across global teams
