Part-time Support Associate

Summary

WorkStep is seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Associate to join their team in a remote setting. The role involves assisting customers with questions and issue resolution, managing support tickets, reviewing and analyzing commentary, data entry, and contributing to customer trainings. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role and 2 years in a customer-facing role. Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills in Spanish, experience moderating or reviewing large volumes of data, experience with confidentiality principles, experience working with enterprise-level customers, and experience in a Human Resources or Operations field.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers with questions and issue resolution
• Manage backlog of cases and support tickets
• Review, moderate, and analyze commentary
• Data entry
• Contribute to customer trainings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience moderating or reviewing large volumes of data
• Experience with confidentiality principles
• Experience working with enterprise-level customers
• Experience in a Human Resources or Operations field
