Summary

The part-time Senior HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department at Advanced Textiles Association (ATA), a small, not-for-profit trade association. The role involves administering HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, leaves, general administrative tasks, oversight of the human resource information system, recruitment efforts, and enforcement of company policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field; and 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications a bonus
  • Previous management experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department
  • Administer HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Support the department’s efforts in employee relations, employee onboarding, benefit administration, leaves, general administrative tasks
  • Oversight of the human resource information system
  • Recruitment efforts
  • Enforcement of company policies and practices
  • Employee retention, managing employee performance, and organizational development
