Responsibilities

• Make 100 calls per day to patients from our partnered medical practices
• Educate patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring
• Facilitate a seamless transition for converted patients to our dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and meticulous documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Korean, Italian)
