Patient Relations Coordinator

Summary

The Patient Relations Coordinator role at Massive Bio is a remote position for an individual fluent in a local language other than English. The role involves communicating with cancer patients and caregivers internationally, providing information about the company's services, assisting in enrollment, collecting feedback, and supporting case managers.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years customer service sales, preferably healthcare based
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the health care system
• Bilingual in English; fluent in the language in related country
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to rapidly solve problems while talking with patients and caregivers
• Excellent listening skills
• Intermediate level data entry skills
• Intermediate software skills utilizing mobile device applications, e-mail, Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls from cancer patients and caregivers to provide them with information on Massive Bio services and general oncology matters
• Place call to cancer patients and caregivers to expedite enrollment in Massive Bio services
• Assist in signing up patients to Massive Bio Services and communicate with office staff and case managers the status of each client
• Collect patients’ feedback from the calls and share Massive Bio’s sales and marketing, product development, and delivery operations teams
• Support case managers to reach out and get updates from patients and caregivers when necessary
• Keep CRM systems current; following up communication with patients; reporting results to internal leadership and team members
• Support case managers in organizing Meet&Greet meetings when necessary
• Support the Business Development Team to directly track physician patients
• Support the Marketing Team to do or control translations for local languages
