Requirements

• Have exceptional English fluency, a neutral or minimal accent, and outstanding listening skills
• Understand medical terminology and have experience in a healthcare setting (nursing, clinical research, patient coordination, etc.)
• Manage multiple patients, appointments, and follow-ups with precision
• Stay focused, persistent, and adaptable while working independently
• Track key performance metrics and continuously improve screening efficiency
• Adapt to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and solve problems creatively in a regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screenings to assess eligibility and follow up through multiple channels (phone, email, text) to maximize successful contact
• Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure a high attendance rate at clinical screenings
• Clearly explain study details, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward
