Payment Analyst

Summary

The Payment Analyst is a key liaison between various teams in the Financial Operations, Network, Payer, and Operations sectors. They will investigate unapplied payment issues, support payment integrity functions, and identify potential solutions for any identified issues. The role requires expertise in DME claims industry, knowledge of CMS and state Medicaid guidelines, and experience with health insurance specifically with claims processing, billing, reimbursement, or provider contracting.
