Summary
Join Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, as a Payment Analyst! This remote role, open to Mexico residents only, focuses on processing and applying customer payments across various methods (wire, ACH, credit card, check). You will investigate unapplied payments, ensure accurate application to invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and liaise with customers and internal teams. Success will be measured by KPIs related to payment application accuracy and efficiency. This role offers opportunities for career growth within a dynamic, supportive environment. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 months in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for daily review, processing, and investigation of unapplied payments
- Add Stripe payout batches into Netsuite and ensure the accuracy of application to invoices
- Ensure Partner bulk payments are applied to customer accounts appropriately
- Complete vendor ACH requests and liaison for customer payment set-up requirements (verifying bank details etc)
- Complete any manual payments in accordance with SOX procedures
- Answer customer queries on payments, application of payments, and issues with payments
- Respond to payment disputes
- Complete any customer payment refund
- Coordinate with IF/Sales to identify and verify Customer payments for Open Opportunities in SFDC

- Cash Application or payments experience
- Netsuite and Salesforce Experience
