Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience working as an implementation consultant and an understanding of how payments work and are implemented
• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to speak confidently in front of a group
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments
• Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions
• Once live, continue to engage with the customers over next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions. Monitor transaction penetration over 90 days via monthly reporting
• Responsible for obtaining key metrics that have been identified for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support
• Educating clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Partner with team members for regular transactional processes and reporting needs
• Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization
• Own the effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while the customer is in Onboarding
• Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process
• Meeting digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager as well as schedule meetings directly with clients to move the projects forward
