Payment Operations Associate

Requirements

• 0-4 years experience in high-volume operations (level/title based on experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven, with a structured problem-solving approach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset for internal and external collaboration
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to execute independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Execute all processes and operations related to payments or our Deel-branded debit cards
• Review and record data in our system and ensure consistency and precision
• Assist with payment or debit card inquiries or issues from our customers
• Coordinate with both internal cross-functional teams and our external partners on customer requests or issues
• Assist with providing payment or debit card expertise to improve processes, tooling, automation, and user experience
• Create and maintain process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a startup, ideally in FinTech, is a plus
