  • Interest in cryptocurrency

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations of Gate Card products
  • Handle business partner's requests and follow up with internal requests to business partners
  • Monitor customer-related requests on a day-to-day basis and provide ad-hoc summaries and handling procedures
  • Monitor and raise customer-related incidents and organize communication with users
  • Draft and update customer-facing materials on the website, including banners, user guides, and product descriptions
  • Monitor marketing and campaign-related operational issues, including data tracking and customer communication
  • Identify and suggest improvements to current operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

Payments and Fintech experience preferred
