Payment Operations Manager

Summary

Join Finix as a Partner Manager IV and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, processors, and card networks. You will build and maintain relationships, manage daily interactions, and oversee third-party vendors. Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the payments industry with extensive business, financial, and technological acumen in the space
• Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms
• Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to drive progress towards key initiatives
• Manage daily interaction with financial institutions, processor, and card network partnerships, focusing on execution of joint initiatives and finding new opportunities within existing partnerships
• Manage third-party vendors that will facilitate verification and authentication of merchant and transactional data
• Measure, track, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure contractual compliance
• Work cross-functionally with risk and compliance, financial partnrships, business development, and sales to execute partner strategy
• Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to assist internal teams with advisory services
• Liaise with the Product team to enable features/functionality in conjunction with card networks, third-party vendors and processors
• Work cross-functionally to implement solutions that ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a payment facilitator or processor
