Summary

Join GoDaddy's Global Payments Department as a Payment Operations Analyst and play a key role in optimizing our recurring billing platform. Requirements

  • 3+ year(s) data analysis, report creation and financial modeling
  • 1+ year(s) project or program management of large-scale projects
  • Ability to write intermediate SQL and demonstrate an intermediate skill level in Excel
  • Ability to visualize findings with data
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems
  • Independent worker who is capable of strong team participation
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while preserving organization
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead global programs to optimize payment performance and reduce processing related costs through building requirements, measuring on and reporting out status by delivering high quality management-level reporting
  • Build and automate processes for analyzing and identifying global payment improvement opportunities
  • Manage the working relationships with payment cost vendors and global payment processing partners
  • Initiate and lead large-scale projects with a detailed breakout of the tasks including financial modeling of impact
  • Join forces with analytics and product teams to build the foundation needed to analyze payment cost improvements and drive actionable optimizations
  • Ensure seamless payment experiences through rigorous end-to-end customer experience and platform QA testing and troubleshooting
  • Supports additional efforts within the scope of the Payment Operations Department as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ year(s) in the payments industry with proven experience optimizing approval rates, costs, and/or other payment metrics related to transaction acceptance for digital and physical goods from the lens of an ecommerce merchant, Acquirer, or scheme
  • Ability to create reports in Quicksight, Tableau, Hadoop, or Alation
