Summary
Join PairSoft as a Payment Operations Specialist and work remotely from various US states! Reporting to the General Manager, you will analyze invoices and payments, optimizing revenue from our payment solution. You'll collaborate with the implementation team and customers, acting as an extension of their AP teams. Requirements
- At least completed high school education
- 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel-pivot tables, V-lookup and other functions, reporting skills to manage extensive lists properly), software savvy: Sage Intaact or related software as well as other accounting software programs
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism and sensitivity to professionally discuss a difficult conversation with customers
Responsibilities
- Work as an extension of our customers’ AP team to process due invoices using the PairSoft Pay solution
- Collect and analyze data related to customers’ accounts payable with the goal of optimizing the payment delivery method and timeliness of payments being received by suppliers
- Perform supplier / vendor research to determine accepted payment methods
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss reports on their weekly accounts payable process and areas for improvement
- Perform extensive research and utilize a sense of urgency during critical moments to ensure timely action to urgent situations
- Use your propensity for process improvement to make suggestions to improve procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting
