Summary

Join dLocal's Payouts Operations team as a Payouts Specialist! You will manage supplier relationships in various countries, ensuring compliance and successful collaboration. Collaborate with Country Managers and the Expansion team to identify and implement robust payment solutions. Improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and automate flows by evaluating vendors and technologies. Participate in broader company initiatives and maintain close collaboration with other departments. Requirements

  • Technical experience in technological solutions, mainly oriented to banking solutions and/or payment processors
  • Project management skills, able to efficiently organize and prioritize work and available resources
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other internal teams
  • Analytical capacity to evaluate potential providers and technological solutions, considering aspects such as capacities, costs and automation
  • Strategic thinking and ability to see beyond the management of payment providers, getting involved in broader projects aligned with the company's objectives
  • Knowledge of BI tools for data analysis
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with suppliers in various countries, establishing and maintaining effective communication to ensure compliance with agreements and successful collaboration
  • Work together with the Country Manager and/or the Expansion team to organize the search pipeline for robust solutions and new flows, evaluating the needs and priorities of each country
  • Improve operational capabilities, reduce costs and automate flows by identifying and evaluating potential vendors and technology solutions
  • Participate in projects that transcend the management of payment providers, becoming involved in broader initiatives that affect the countries under their responsibility
  • Maintain close collaboration with other departments such as Product and the commercial area, to prioritize the backlog of tasks and ensure that all integrations are properly analyzed before moving on to the Product/IT area
  • Obtain a deep understanding of the operations and regulations in the countries involved to ensure the correct assembly of processes that comply with the specific legal and operational requirements of each country
