  • Facilitate the payment process for users through various support channels, primarily phone calls
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and achieve more than 92% satisfaction in the service
  • Help users with payment issues remotely
  • Maintain a high individual satisfaction percentage for each case
  • Lead the success of users with Alegra
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive customer success
  • Collect user feedback for improving the user experience
  • Communicate regularly with the revenue collection team to escalate complex cases as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Study in administrative or related fields, with specialized courses related to the area
