Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management
• Experience in fintechs, acquirers or sub-acquirers
• Proven experience in payment processing products
• In-depth knowledge of the payments market, preferably of PIX & Open Finance payments, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior
• Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products, focusing on efficiency and differentiation in the market
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Experience with large data bases and analytics
• Advanced SQL and Excel
• Average english or spanish

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and strategy of Pix and Open Finance products, ensuring efficiency, performance, and growth
• Analyze data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and continuous improvements, optimizing customer experience
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as technology, compliance, marketing and business, to ensure that solutions align with the company's strategic objectives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners within the financial ecosystem, including banks, regulators and technology providers
• Ensure that developed solutions comply with regulations and guidelines from the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory bodies
• Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of proposed innovations
• Stay on top of market trends and latest innovations related to PIX and Open Finance
