Summary

This role offers a competitive salary (P50,000-P70,000 monthly) and a Monday-Friday schedule (7 AM-4 PM PHT). You will be responsible for Australian accounting practices, payroll, and financial record-keeping. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Xero and other accounting software. Requirements
- 3β5 years of hands-on experience in Australian accounting practices
- Prior experience in the construction industry or similar environments
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and superannuation requirements
- Proficiency in Xero, including experience with Xero Payroll
- Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- In-depth understanding of GST, BAS, and general Australian accounting standards
- Confidence using MS Office, SimPro, Monday.com and other accounting/project management softwares
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
Responsibilities
- Scheduling weekly timesheets using our job management system
- Preparing and running payroll accurately using Xero
- Handling customer payments and ensuring smooth transaction processing
- Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing general office support, including admin tasks and generating reports as needed
- Ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations, including payroll legislation, superannuation, GST, and BAS requirements
- Taking ownership of end-to-end financial processes to support efficient operations and accurate reporting
- Assisting with other finance or administrative ad hoc tasks as required
