Summary

The job is for a Payroll Associate at PeopleCert, an international education technology company. The role includes managing HR operations, handling employee inquiries, overseeing hiring process cycle, maintaining HRIS records, producing management reports, and supporting the HR team on projects. Requirements include 3 years of proven experience in an in-house HR department, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, advanced knowledge of Excel, strong organizational skills, ability to deliver within tight deadlines, outstanding English communication skills (C2 level certification desired), and advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advance level certification is desirable). Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an in-house HR department, focusing on Payroll and employment policies
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or another related field
  • Outstanding communication in English is a requirement (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including knowledge of HR Systems
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to deliver within tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Collect necessary data and support monthly payroll, calculate salaries, bonuses, shifts, overtime work, employerโ€™s cost etc
  • Handle employeesโ€™ inquiries from a global perspective
  • Overview the hiring process cycle, along with employee renewals and terminations
  • Manage the communication with local authorities (ERGANI, SEPE, EFKA)
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, and produce management reports
  • Support the HR team in various projects

Preferred Qualifications

A Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resources Management or MBA will be considered as an asset
