Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in payroll operations, accounting or other related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS
  • Knowledge of multi-state compliance and regulations
  • Understanding of U.S. benefits and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing for the US region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage 401(k) benefits and related compliance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to align payroll practices with organizational goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate emerging payroll technologies into workflows
  • Analyze payroll data to provide actionable insights for financial planning and decision-making
  • Lead payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records through data-driven analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Human Resources
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset
  • A passion for continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes
  • A dedication to accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related tasks
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus
