Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the lead database regularly
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Engage with leads through personalized communication and follow-ups
• Track and report on the progress of lead nurturing efforts
• Draft and send follow-up emails to clients, leads, and stakeholders
• Maintain an organized email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries
• Track and manage email communications for projects and tasks
• Provide exceptional email support to clients and team members
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided
• Manage payroll processes, including data entry and verification
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
