Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in the Payroll department of international companies
• Thorough understanding of payroll regulations and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required for Payroll Specialist position)
• Proficiency in payroll software, Excel reports and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Experience using Quickbooks
• Advanced proficiency in using formulas (preferably G-Suite)

Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately manage the payroll process of our diverse and talented workforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DEEL and ADP is a plus
• Experience participating in various project implementations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing Hibob is a plus
• Familiarity with Looker Studio
