Payroll Specialist

Summary

Join Limble as a Payroll Specialist and manage US and Canada payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees. Collaborate with the VP of Finance, maintain compliance with multi-state wage and hour laws, and assist with tax setup and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle, multi-state payroll
• Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.)
• Experience with sales commission software and payroll inquiries
• Ability to handle sensitive payroll information with discretion and confidentiality
• Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to payroll support

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for salaried, hourly, and commissioned employees across the US and Canada
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll, including monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses and off-cycle checks (final paychecks, severance, etc.)
• Audit employee timesheets and paid time off requests to maintain payroll accuracy
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance for final payroll approvals
• Ensure all variables and commissions are accurately reflected in the sales commission system
